The location was great and the view from the 11th floor was impressive, but encountering damp sheets and a faulty kettle was frustrating. The staff were polite, but the breakfast could use more variety, and the mattress provided for the third adult was uncomfortable. a mixed experience.

The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and hair dryers, a shower cap and bath sheets in the bathroom. I had an exceptional view. Ideal location of the hotel in the middle of jackson.
